Shakespeare Distillery will carry out a short talk on Gin whilst providing a tasting of their 3 spirits, as the boat cruises upstream during the first 25 mins of the cruise. At the end of the tasting, guests will enjoy a Stratford Gin & Tonic (25ml single measure) whilst taking in the remainder of the cruise led by the Avon Boating crew, passing under the bridge and downstream taking in the RSC and church, before returning back to our Boathouse on Swan’s Nest Lane. And to mark your Gin Tasting Cruise you get to keep you Gin tumbler from your final G&T!
To Book – Add the number of adults required, click the date required and then click on the 6.00pm start time which will appear if seats are available. This will allow you to press the book now button.
The Gin Tasting Cruise lasts for one hour, departing at 6.00pm, but please arrive in good time to board. Return to the Boathouse will be 7.00pm.

Shakespeare Distillery is an artisan spirit producer, established in 2015. Everything we produce is in small handcrafted batches, ensuring we can devote our time and attention to creating the best tasting spirits around.
Being based in Stratford upon Avon, we wanted to create something authentic to the area and what is more authentic to Stratford than Shakespeare? We looked at the Tudor period in which he lived and bring the essence of this into our spirits, the first of which is Stratford Gin. At Shakespeare Distillery we aim to recapture this period of innovation by fusing traditional and in some cases forgotten ingredients with modern techniques to create exciting new spirits.
