River Cruises
Half hour river trips aboard our fleet of traditional Edwardian passenger launches. We cruise downstream past the Royal Shakespeare Theatre to Holy Trinity church, Shakespea re's tomb, before turning to head upstream through the ancient 15th century Clopton Bridge. The scene changes up-river to quiet river-banks and meadows, with glimpses of large secluded houses and river-side gardens.
Departures Approximately every 20 minutes, leaving from the Bancroft gardens next to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, every day, April to October.
Tickets No need to book; step aboard the boat waiting to depart and buy your tickets from the crew during the trip.
