Booking, Payment, Terms Provisional bookings are taken by telephone but require confirmation with all relevant details, by mail, fax, or e-mail. A 50% deposit is payable for those requiring food at least 14 days in advance. Subsequent cancelation will be liable to a 25% cancelation fee. All other bookings can be paid for on the day and may be cancelled by you at any time in advance. We reserve the right, on very rare occasions, to cancel a cruise through circumstances beyond our control, and will refund all payments. Contact us in advance if you would like to be invoiced, or if you are booking from overseas. Please note that we accept cash and cheques but not credit cards.
